  Company does not answer phone lets it ring then picks up and slams it down does not ring you back keeps you hanging around cant find a cant find a car.avoid this company. Told that cant do pick ups which thay advertise.

  The experience at the Eastbourne office was exceptional. Kathi and her team could not have been more helpful if they tried. Everything was dealt with professionally and with pleasure. And the drop off was as simple after they’d prepared the recipient at Stansted Airport. Great job and definitely use them again.

  A great experience by two very positive, knowledgeable staff at the beginning and at the end. A young lady at the beginning a young man at the end. Thank you so much for making this pain free. We took the opportunity of washing the vehicle and putting a little bit more diesel in than when it was given to us as a thank you. Definitely going back to them again no question about it brilliant honestly brilliant.

  This time I had an excellent experience, with a 1st.class customer service from start to end. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. However, my previous experience was not very good, as a staff member who I will not name tried to charge me for an invisible nonexistent tyre damage. She tried to say a 5mm long hair line scuff in the tyre was classed as tyre damage which i know it is not correct as i have been using enterprise for the past 6 years and this has never happened before. Contacted the manager she was very helpful in sorting it out. Very disappointed with that member of the staff attitude and knowledge. My advice is to check and take pictures of the car and all the tyres closly before taking the car.
